How much does it cost to get started?
Depending on your needs, it could cost as little as $11995.00.
 

Do I get an assigned territory?
If that is what you want we can assign you a territory with protection.

You choose the territory; we evaluate what it is worth.
 

How long does it take to produce a single photo sports ball from beginning to end?
If you snapped a digital photo, produced and printed the artwork and pressed the ball, it would take under 5 minutes.
 

Is the system mobile enough to take on location?
Yes, both models have been used in mobile applications. Some put them in trailers, some just re-crate the systems and take them to malls and events in a car or van.
All you need is a power outlet
 

Do you offer training?
If you purchase either system, we will visit your site location and commission the system and make available how ever long it takes to get you proficient in understanding the software program and the system operations.
 

How long does it take to receive my equipment after I order?
After the licensing agreement is signed and full payment has been received your order will ship within 72hrs.
 

How much can I sell a photo sports ball for?
Our suggested retails are as follows:
• Baseballs, Softballs and Hockey Pucks $29.95
• Mini Soccer, Football, Volleyball & Basketball $37.95
• Full Sized balls $59.95
If you do a cost comparison, you average 275% profit per ball or $23.00 average profit per ball sold.
 

What are the payment options?
You can pay by cheque, direct deposit or you can set up a payment plan with one of our a third-party financing companies.

OzBallStars can arrange finance and easy payback terms and conditions.
 

Will the process damage/hurt/ruin my print photograph?
No, your print photograph will be scanned and made into a digital file for use in the process.
 

Where do I get the blank sports balls?
You would buy all blank balls either through OzBallStars or one of our Major Licensees. These balls are specially coated and manufactured for our process.
 

Where do I get supplies?
You can purchase all your supplies either through OzBallStars or one of our Major Licensees.
 

What is the maximum imprint size?
It differs per sports ball but can be as large as 190mm x 100mm .
 

What software is required to generate the artwork?
We provide two kinds of software. One enables you to be productive immediately. The other allows you to explore your ideas and creativity.
 

What size or type of computer is required?
One version of graphics software we supply is called BallStars Designer Pro will run on PC operating systems versions Windows 95 and up and requires 1.4 GB of hard drive space.

Besides Sports Balls, what other products can I produce with this system?
Only the products manufactured by us specifically for this press can be produced. However, with only changing the type of transfer paper you use, the printer could be used to print mugs, t-shirts, mousepads, tiles and magnets etc... to name a few.
 

How are the transfers created?
Transfers are created using our software, paper and the laser printer supplied with your system.
 

Can I use the Sublimation Printer / Laser Printer / Inkjet Printer I already have?
No, the printer we supply is guaranteed to work. It's specifications are matched exactly to the transfer paper, temperature and pressures we use.
 

What are the differences between the Manual (Model 2200) and the Automatic Press (Model 5500)?
The main differences are:
 

Model 2200 is manually operated.  Model 5500 is pneumatic.
Model 2200 can only print mini sized balls.  Model 5500 can print all balls.
Model 2200 weighs 20 kilos.  Model 5500 weighs 38 kilos.
Model 2200 does not require an air compressor.  Model 5500 requires an air compressor.
